Matters Related to Withdrawal from Enrollment and Tuition Refund

In Case of Visa Application Rejection

  • Even if the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) has been approved, if the visa application is rejected at the Japanese consulate, please follow the procedure for a tuition refund and submit a copy of the page showing the visa refusal. We will refund the tuition fees, excluding the selection fee, but the remittance handling fee must be borne by the student.

Withdrawal Due to Personal Reasons

  • If you decide not to enroll after obtaining the visa due to personal reasons, please contact our school immediately and submit the enrollment withdrawal form. We will refund the amount excluding the application fee, admission fee, and remittance handling charges.

Tuition Fees After the Course Commences

  • The calculation of tuition fees is based on the course start date. Even if there is a delay in arriving in Japan or in starting the course, no tuition fees will be refunded.

Withdrawal After Entering Japan

  • If you withdraw from the program after entering Japan, we will refund the remaining tuition fees after deducting the tuition for the first six months. The refund will be processed after confirming your return to your home country.

Tuition Fees for the First Year

  • Generally, tuition fees for the first year are non-refundable after enrollment. For tuition fees in the second year and beyond, if a withdrawal application is submitted before the end of each semester, the remaining tuition fees for the following semester(s) will be refunded on a per-semester basis.

Withdrawal Processing Fee

  • A 20% processing fee will be deducted from the remaining tuition fees upon refund. Refunds will be issued after confirmation of return to the home country or confirmation of enrollment within Japan.

Withdrawal Processing Fee

  • If a student is expelled due to violations of laws or school regulations, the tuition fees will not be refunded.

Payment of Tuition Fees

  • Tuition fees must be paid within the specified deadline. Failure to make the payment by the due date will result in the student being prohibited from attending classes.

Suspension of Classes

  • In the event that classes are suspended due to disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, the school will not be held responsible for such disruptions. Tuition fees for the suspended period will not be refunded.
