Second Tuition Payment: Please make the second tuition payment before the new semester begins. The specific payment date will be notified at that time.

Refund Policy: Paid tuition fees are generally non-refundable for any reason. However, if you are unable to come to Japan due to a visa application being denied by the Japanese embassy, all fees paid except for the application screening fee and enrollment fee will be refunded.

Tuition Payment for Subsequent Years: Tuition fees for the second year and beyond can be paid in installments.
