The student Status of residence is a visa granted to students enrolled in Japanese language schools, universities, vocational schools, and similar institutions in Japan

The duration of stay for a student visa can be extended up to a maximum of two years through renewal (excluding the period for preparing to return to your home country)

To obtain a student visa, you must apply for a 'Certificate of Eligibility' from the Immigration Services Agency

We will submit the necessary documents to the Immigration Services Agency on behalf of the school and apply forthe 'Certificate of Eligibility.
Application Eligibility

Applicants who have completed 12 years or equivalent of school education abroad, or are expected to complete it.

Applicants who will be 18 years old or older at the time of admission.

Applicants who have studied Japanese for at least 150 hours and possess Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N5 or higher on the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

The 18-Month Advanced Course is for individuals who have been recognized as having Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 level or equivalent level through certification or other assessments.

Individuals who have studied Japanese for 450 hours or more and are recognized by the school as having adequate Japanese language proficiency.

Applicants who score 70% or higher on the written test and pass the interview.

Individuals who have been granted or are expected to be granted entry into Japan through proper procedures.

Individuals who have a reliable guarantor.

Those who wish to continue their studies in Japan

Obtaining and submitting the application form

Please complete the application forms and submit them within the application deadline.

If you pass the preliminary screening, you will need to pay a screening fee of 20,000 yen.
Interview and WritingTest

After submitting the application documents, our school's on-site representative will conduct an Interview
and WritingTest.

After passing the document and comprehensive review, you will need to submit all necessary documents within the review period.
